All our ingredients are fresh and unprocessed.  We buy organic or farmers’ market produce whenever possible and list our sources. Our meats are from humane certified farms like Applegate, Goldenfarms and Nieman Ranch.

  1. Chef Andrea hooked me up tonight with a Tavalo Caldo – soft goat cheese with roasted eggplant, farmers’ market yellow zucchini, organic red onion, organic fennel, farmers’ market spring onions, fresh basil and olive tapenade.

    It was beyond yummy!!! The perfect amount of everything. The bread was so tasty, just the right amount of goat cheese. I would happily eat olive tapanade 7 days a week! I was concerned about the fennel because I really don't like licorice but she told me to try it and i didn't taste the licorice flavor at all and they added a great taste to the sammy!

    Thanks An! Can't wait to try the others!!
